What is your greatest source of enjoyment in recruitment?

Successfully onboarding a great candidate with a grateful client and their placement running smoothly.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

I make sure I screen and book in potential candidates as soon as they seek our assistance.

What is the best piece of advice you have been given in your career?

“Don’t worry if you make a mistake – It’s nothing that cannot be fixed.”

If you asked a client to describe you, what would they say?

Very polite, friendly and always willing to help to the best of my ability!

What is the most unusual assignment you have ever been asked to fill?

Walking down the local street with my colleagues in 90s costumes to collect catering for our EOFY work function – definitely the best dressed people in Edge Hill!

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?

Standing up to the higher ups at my previous job on behalf of myself and my fellow colleagues and seeing how grateful and inspired they were

So far everything stands out! There’s no placement that is the same.
