Your Opportunity

As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee and drive excellence in clinical care and management across Forest View Residential Aged Care Services and Wondai Hospital. Your role will include:

  • Leadership and Governance: Leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high performance aligned with legislative standards, quality frameworks, and research-informed practices.
  • Clinical Excellence: Ensuring the delivery of safe, culturally competent, and high-quality clinical services that meet Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and NSQHS Standards.
  • Resource Management: Applying key financial principles and managing resources effectively in a complex health service environment.
  • Strategic Contribution: Influencing healthcare outcomes through advanced decision-making and clinical systems expertise (e.g., Leecare, TrendCare).
  • Change Management: Leading organizational change through effective strategies that engage teams and stakeholders.
