Your Skills & Experience:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Background in General Practice and/or primary health settings
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (an advantage)
• Proficiency in all general practice nursing duties: immunisations, wound care, procedure assistance, etc.
• Effective communication skills with a friendly and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work autonomously and manage fluctuating demands
• Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft (highly regarded)
