Deliver specialist, recovery-focused care to clients in community mental health. Assess, manage, consult, and support continuity of care.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work (AASW eligible)

• Experience working in community mental health settings

• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Sound knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-based care

• Travel included – flights or mileage covered
