What is your greatest source of enjoyment in your job?

In my role as the Project Coordinator, my greatest source of enjoyment comes from observing the successful alignment of candidates with job opportunities. Conquering challenges, whether they involve tight deadlines or specific skill requirements, brings a profound sense of accomplishment and contributing to the growth and success of Aussie Locums further amplifies the overall gratification of the recruitment process.

Where do you feel you add value to candidates who are looking for work?

Having been a registered candidate with job agencies in the past, I’ve personally navigated the challenges of searching for a new career. This firsthand experience enables me to understand their situations and provide the empathy they need during this pivotal time.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your career?

Stay curious, adaptable, and open-minded and to always embrace continuous learning and growth.

If you asked a client to describe you, what would they say?

I’m a keen problem solver!

What is the most unusual work-related task you have ever had?

I worked for a hospitality company in London and we were asked to help organise a Red Bull event… these events are the definition of go hard or go home.

Joining the Aussie Locums team stands out as a memorable achievement. I am excited to embark on the journey of learning new skills in this dynamic role.
