*Pay Rates: The base rates of $58.00 to $85.00 are based on AM rates, with shift rates additional. Please note: The hourly rate is dependent on the nurse’s years of experience and the geographical location of the contract, with remote locations offering a higher rate compared to regional and rural contracts. Rates can be discussed in further detail at the time of initial screening.

Ever wondered what life is like as a travel nurse? Our Nursing Division is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to fill locum positions spanning Queensland’s vibrant regions. From the bustling cities of Mackay and Gladstone to the tranquil landscapes of Rockhampton and Emerald, and even to the captivating settings of Alice Springs, Cairns, and Blackwater, we offer contracts ranging from 4 to 12 weeks. Partnering with multiple health services, we provide diverse opportunities to broaden your nursing experience while making a meaningful impact in communities across Australia.

 
We are seeking Registered Nurses & Clinical Nurses skilled in the following areas:

  • Emergency Department
  • General Medical/Surgical
  • Mental Health
  • Renal
  • Remote Area Nurse (RN & CN)
  • Multi-Purpose Health Service
  • Corrections
  • AODS

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid National Police Check within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
  • Mandatory CPD (e.g. BLS, Hand hygiene)
  • Evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases
  • Advanced Life support (ALS) – ED and RAN
  • Triage – ED and RAN
  • IV Cannulation
