Location: Brisbane, QLD
Dates and duration: 8th December for 4 weeks  (training days available 4th & 5th December).
Salary: $70 p/h + Super, DOE

Locally owned and operated private practice with 2 sites. Our client is committed to their staff development and patient care.

A little about the role:

Our client is seeking a highly competent general Radiographer to fill their current gaps within the practice. You will work alongside a supportive administration team, Sonographer, offsite Radiologist and access to other Radiographers at their sister site.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:45-1700 and Saturday 9:45-1400.

Duties you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrated experience in General Xray
• Ability to work to protocols and procedures
• An understanding of WHS and Radiation safety responsibilities
• Provide a high level of patient care at all times.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients and team.
• Ability to hit the ground running and be part of an effective team.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in General Xray
• AHPRA Registered Radiographer.
• Ability to work to protocols and procedures
• An understanding of WHS and Radiation safety responsibilities
• QLD Radiation Use Licence.
• Ability to operate Shimadzu x ray, Radspace RIS, and AdvaPacs pacs system.
• Experience working in a similar setting will be highly regarded
