Position: Locum Nuclear Medicine Technologist – PET/CT
Hourly pay rate: $82.00 p/hour + Super
Location: Cairns, Far North Queensland

The role
Perform FDG PET on a Siemens Biograph MCT, with approximately 9–12 patients per day. You will work alongside two to three technologists, with dedicated nursing and administration support, and assist with supported diagnostic CT lists on Thursdays and Fridays.
  
Skills and experience

• Qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or suitably qualified PET/CT clinician
• PET/CT experience — candidates across a range of experience levels will be considered
• Ability to assist with routine diagnostic CT
• Relevant Australian registration, licensing and credentialling requirements

Benefits

• $82 per hour + super
• Travel and accommodation provided
• Monday to Friday day shifts only, with no weekends or on-call
• Work in tropical Far North Queensland within a welcoming, well-supported hospital team
