We’re looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the recruitment profession from experienced recruiters who have spent years working within the healthcare sector. We are looking for attitude over experience.
Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring while learning every stage of the recruitment process. You’ll shadow experienced recruiters, support healthcare candidates and clients, and gain exposure to a genuine 360-degree recruitment environment.
You’ll learn how to:

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Source and engage candidates
• Conduct interviews and screening calls
• Coordinate compliance and onboarding
• Match candidates to opportunities
• Deliver outstanding service and candidate care
• Recruit ethically and professionally in line with the RCSA Code for Professional Conduct
• Build a desk based on ethics, industry knowledge and a genuine desire to help people

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Loves talking to people and is happy to pick up the phone
• Genuinely enjoys working with people and finding mutually beneficial solutions
• Is a confident communicator
• Has strong attention to detail – the small things done right is where the magic happens!
• Is organised and proactive – You are a go-getter, you ask questions, you are curious
• Wants to build a long-term career
• Is eager to learn and be mentored, by the best!

No recruitment experience is required. Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, hospitality, retail or other relationship-focused roles will be highly regarded.
