Locum Sonographer
Location: Ingham, North Queensland
Hourly pay rate: Competitive hourly rates DOE + travel and accommodation 
Date and Duration: 5th January 2026 to ongoing 

Job Summary
We are seeking a locum ASAR Registered General Sonographer to join a  private practice in North Queensland, in the picturesque Hinchinbrook region, just 1.5 hours north of Townsville. This role offers a varied caseload, with travel and accommodation support.

About the role
Our client The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including General, Small Parts, Vascular, MSK, and Pregnancy scans, while working both independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be efficient in managing their worklist and handling urgent cases.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in general, small parts, vascular, MSK, and pregnancy ultrasound
• Ability to manage an independent workload and respond to urgent cases
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Current ASAR registration
