Hourly Pay Rate: Professional 2 level pay, competitive hourly rate + benefits

Locum Pharmacist to provide expert medication reviews and advice to the general medicine ward, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with patients for medication safety and counselling in Northern Territory.
  
  
Skills and experience

• Pharmacy Degree with current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of renal and indigenous health highly regarded
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills to engage with patients and healthcare teams
• Experience in medication reviews and advising on complex drug regimes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with Merlin Dispensing Software or similar systems
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities across clinical services
