Registered Nurses – Emergency/Triage/ALS/In Charge/Remote Experience

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in Emergency, Triage, Advanced Life Support (ALS), In-Charge roles, and Remote healthcare?
 
We are looking for experienced RNs to provide exceptional care across multiple locations in New South Wales, including:

• Hunter New England Region
• Murrumbidgee Region
• Northern New South Wales
• Southern New South Wales
• Western New South Wales

Key Responsibilities:
 
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will perform a variety of critical tasks, including:
 
Emergency Care:

• Respond to acute medical situations with speed and precision.
• Stabilize patients by administering life-saving interventions such as ALS protocols.

Triage Duties:

• Perform rapid patient assessments to determine the urgency of care required.
• Assign Australian Triage Scale (ATS) categories and prioritize patients accordingly

In-Charge Leadership:

• Oversee nursing staff and manage resource allocation during shifts.
• Ensure smooth operations within emergency departments or remote healthcare settings.

Remote Nursing:

• Deliver high-quality care in isolated or rural areas with limited medical resources.
• Activate clinical escalation protocols when necessary to ensure timely patient transfers

 
Patient Care & Documentation:

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, observations, and interventions

Essential Requirements:
 
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
2. Be onshore in Australian with current work rights in place
3. Hold a National Police clearance
4. Hold or be willing to obtain a New South Wales Working with Children check
5. Proven experience in Emergency/Triage/ALS/In-Charge/Remote settings
6. Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure
7. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
