• Deliver comprehensive, culturally respectful primary healthcare to individuals and families.
• Promote health education and preventative care within the community.
• Administer immunizations and other treatments.
• Participate in on-call rosters, providing critical emergency care.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive healthcare team.

What You’ll Bring

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• At least 5 years as an RAN or in Emergency/Primary Care within remote settings.
• REC, MEC, Pharmacotherapeutics (or RIPRN desirable), Immunisation Provider, ALS/BLS (updated annually).
• ISTAT competency, Manual Driver’s License, 4WD Certification, on-call experience.

Essential Training (Completed or Willing to Undertake):

• Aseptic Technique (theory and practical).
• Medication Safety, Blood Safe, and Infection Control.
• Manual Handling, Fire/Emergency Procedures, and Aggression Minimisation.
• Clinical Deterioration and After-Hours Assessment.
• Early Sepsis Recognition and Management.
• Cultural Safety Training specific to the Northern Territory.
