The Opportunity
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a community focused Pharmacist who is committed to patient counselling to join our busy retail pharmacy group in Port Douglas, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland.
 
We are seeking either a full-time or part-time Pharmacist, and welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced professionals.
 
As a LiveLife Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively engaging with, advising, and enhancing the lives of our customers and patients.
• Applying your clinical knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver optimal healthcare solutions.
• Actively implementing PPI programs and forward dispensing services.
• Contributing as an engaged and motivating member of the pharmacy team.

 
As a LiveLife Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

About You
 
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys laughing, smiling, and making the most of each day, while encouraging and inspiring those around them. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA-registered Pharmacist, hold your own PI insurance, and demonstrate the following:

• Self-motivation and enthusiasm for working in a vibrant team environment.
• A willingness to go the extra mile, with a genuine passion for counselling patients using current pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge.
• The ability to build personal relationships with patients and provide tailored advice to support their individual health concerns, needs, and goals.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medication management.
