Clinical Facilitators – Registered Nurse Grade 6
Locations: Barcaldine & Winton, Central West QLD
Salary: Competitive hourly rates + travel & accommodation support
- Travel and accommodation covered for the duration of the contract

Job Summary:
Empower the next generation of nurses! Support and mentor students in clinical placements across rural healthcare settings.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Facilitator, you will guide and mentor nursing students, ensuring they receive high-quality training and development in real-world clinical environments. This role is ideal for experienced nurses passionate about education and rural healthcare.
Skills and Experience:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Rural and Remote nursing (preferred)
- Clinical facilitation or teaching experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to rural healthcare settings
