Permanent Sonographer

Permanent Sonographer required for a private practice in Stanthorpe.  

Our client is a private practice offering a range of services including x-ray, ultrasound, CT, OPG, BMD and echocardiography. With a team of HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED IMAGING PROFESSIONALS, our client is proud to offer the latest in digital medical imaging technology.  With a patient focused approach and superior imaging quality, their focus is to achieve the best outcomes in a timely manner.  In addition to their incredible administration team, you will be well supported by their radiologist and the team of medical imaging professionals.  Note the radiologists is based at their sites in Brisbane and Toowoomba and easily contactable.

This role offers Monday to Friday hours, no weekends and no on call.  You will be supported by a genuinely friendly team, who enjoy having a laugh. As their sonographer, you will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience across all areas of ultrasound, and be comfortable as the sole sonographer.  The practice is small and busy, they are highly regarded and as such, they place a big emphasis on patient care and employee satisfaction.

• Perform a range of ultrasound examinations as the sole sonographer
• Adhere to protocols, policies and procedures
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work with their remote radiologists

   

• Current ASAR
• Demonstrated experience working as the sole sonographer in a private practice
• Positive attitude and a high degree of professional competence

   

• Supportive team of Medical Imaging & Administration staff
• Private practice
• Work at one site only
• Monday to Friday – No on call and no weekend work
• Latest in digital and medical imaging technology
