We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing allied health provider supporting NDIS participants around Parramatta. This is a rare opportunity to become the lead Occupational Therapist within the organisation and help shape the future direction of an expanding OT service.

The Role
Working with NDIS participants, you will:

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
• Deliver community, telehealth and clinic based services
• Complete reports and recommendations
• Manage your own diary and ongoing participant relationships
• Work collaboratively with the broader allied health team
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Occupational Therapy service

About You
To be successful, you’ll have:

• Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Therapy experience
• Experience working with NDIS participants (highly regarded)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• A passion for delivering high-quality participant outcomes
